In the today's world when we all are in running mode without caring about the most essential aspect i.e. our body, we need to be more concern about our self. Since its not only about "us" but it is about "we", the family which is revolving around us.

With so much of pressure in life, heart is definitely have to work more hard and efficiently than before due to lack of physical activity and increased stress and increasing desire for junk foods. So its become more important to take care of it.

Hence its very important to do some form of exercise (best is doing in open air with proper inhale and exhale rather than running in gym which has long term impact say on our knee etc.) or playing some physical games (not computer game inside room :) ).

Second is to measure the where our heart currently stand against standard benchmark especially when medical cost is in lakhs.

I was searching for the product which can help me in this and I found the solution from one of my friend. He is using the Heart Rate Monitor from one company Mango.

Initially I was susceptible. But then after getting feedback from my few friends who were using it for last 1-2 years, it created the confidence in me about this product to look more indept.

Most common problem with such devices is that you have to keep it close to your chest for accurate reading and for that most of them is coming with some "gum" based option which always makes to feel uncomfortable. Here I liked the strap based option which is flexible also as well as feel wise its great.

Coming with one year warranty and at competitive price of Rs. 4200, In my opinion this is the best option anyone can have .. a complete value for money.

And as well known fact is that health is wealth, we need to take care of our health in same way as our wealth to genarate more wealth :) .
